Dues are $15.00 the first year, and $30.00 each year thereafter. Checks should be made out to "13th SCVI."

First, make sure you read and agree with our by-laws. Second, download the application (right-click and choose "Save Target As..." to save to your computer). Last, please mail the completed application to:
